The Opportunity

We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong customer-orientation and excellent communication skills, to help us enhance our Claims Proposition, in the role of Claims Consultant, ‘First Assist’. As part of our ‘First Assist’ team, you’ll be a critical part of our claims engagement strategy for all Commercial clients.

Key components of the role will include:

  • Reserving and investigating initial claims
  • Timely lodgement of claims
  • Providing advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation  and claim management
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication
  • Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global Aon network

About You

  • Solid experience within general insurance claims environment, commercial experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Prioritisation and time management skills with a passion for working in a high tempo environment
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
  • ·High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute as a member of the team
