Our client, a successful and growing insurance group is currently seeking 2 Financial Lines Underwriters to join their dynamic team.

 

The first opportunity is a Junior Underwriter role where you will enjoy being responsible for supporting to the underwriting team and providing a high level of customer service to Brokers. You will enjoy administering new business and adjustments, handling general enquiries from brokers, preparing policy documents, issuing quotations and various administrative tasks as required. Plenty of hands on training will ensure your success and long-term career progression within the company.

 

To secure this exciting opportunity, you will have a minimum of 2 years insurance administration experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, high level of computer literacy, a positive and hard-working approach, exceptional client service ethic and be self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of initiative and team work.

 

The second opportunity is a Senior Underwriting role. You will enjoy building and establishing strong relationships with your brokers, underwriting medium to large professional risks and being involved in driving production by focussing on development, growth, profitability and quality service.  If you are an Underwriter ready to step up to a Senior Underwriter position this could be your dream role!

 

To be successful in securing this role you will need a minimum of 4 years professional risks underwriting experience with authority, well developed communication skills, high client service ethic, and proactive outgoing nature with proven relationships in the market. Insurance & degree qualifications will be highly regarded.
